As a Trainer at Sandia Area, you'll develop, coordinate, and facilitate training programs that help our team grow. You'll lead classroom and in-the-field instruction, design curriculum and quality learning materials, and serve as a coaching resource for employees during and after training. Reporting to the Training and Development Manager, this is a full-time, in-office role in Albuquerque, Monday through Friday. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of applicable experience are required.
As a Real Estate Loan Processor at Sandia Area, you'll process, review, and store real estate loan documentation while helping members move smoothly through the loan approval and closing process. Working closely with loan officers and other stakeholders, you'll prepare loan documents, order and review appraisals and title searches, and ensure compliance with federal consumer regulations. Reporting to the Real Estate Loan Processing Supervisor, this is a full-time, in-office role in Albuquerque, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of applicable experience are required.
As a Special Accounts Supervisor at Sandia Area, you'll lead and mentor a team of Special Accounts Officers and Representatives, guiding collection and delinquent account efforts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You'll handle escalated calls and disputes, oversee the recovery of charged-off accounts, and prepare reports on collection activity and team performance. Reporting to the Loan Servicing Director, this is a full-time, in-office role in Albuquerque, Monday through Friday. A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of four years of applicable experience in a leadership capacity are required.
