About the Role
As an HRIS Administrator at Sandia Area, you'll support our growing HR team by managing the administration, optimization, and integrity of all HR-related systems. You'll maintain and configure platforms across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits, conduct regular data audits, and serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors. You'll also build reports and dashboards and identify opportunities to improve processes and minimize errors. Reporting into the Human Resources team, this is a full-time, in-office role in Albuquerque. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of one year of related HRIS or HR technology experience are required.
About the Role
As a Creative Marketing Specialist at Sandia Area, you'll help tell our story through video and photography, social media, graphic design, copywriting, and digital and print content. This early-career role is for a creative thinker who wants to do a little bit of everything, shooting and editing content, writing and designing with purpose, understanding what performs and why, and bringing fresh ideas to campaigns. Proficiency with the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is required. Reporting into the Marketing team, this is a full-time, in-office role in Albuquerque, Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend work based on event needs. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of four years of applicable experience are required.
About the Role
As a Member Consultant at Sandia Area, you'll be the face of our branch, the person members turn to for trusted financial guidance and everyday banking needs. You'll build member relationships, open accounts, guide members through loan applications, and handle financial transactions with accuracy and integrity. You'll also proactively identify member needs to help meet branch performance goals while adapting to the day-to-day flow of branch operations. This is a part-time, onsite role in Rio Rancho, a maximum of 25 hours per week with Saturdays required. A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of customer service, financial services, or sales experience are required.
